In a perfect setting with an unbeatable view of Mount Teide. Peaceful surroundings and a cozy room. The pet-friendly policy is appreciated. Friendly and affordable service. Areas for improvement include the internet speed and having a space for pets to relieve themselves without having to leave the hotel premises. We will definitely return.

The staff are wonderful, they help you with everything and make you feel very comfortable, as if you were at home. We were able to bring our dog Kiko, and they treated him wonderfully. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back.

I loved it, the rooms are spacious and include a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom. Food is offered, which is not bad, as well as breakfast. The service is very friendly. They have an enclosed heated swimming pool. The place is very peaceful, but if you need anything, there is a department store and shops nearby. It’s fantastic! and PET-FRIENDLY.
